We are a licensed plumber that installs and repairs water heaters. We sell more AO Smith than any other hot water heater on the market.
Every water heater that we install is hard piped with copper supply lines and includes a new shutoff ball valve. We don't use sharkbites or flexible connectors for a more reliable install.
We also hard pipe the gas line with iron pipe and add in drip legs whenever needed.
